Also they sent the wrong color, to make matters I only received half the money on the return.”

JSYK: I’ve seen other reviews state that returns were a hassle and customer service was unhelpful, but every item I’ve ever returned to TBN (including this jacket) has been so easy because they use happy returns. There are a million locations and you even get a coupon when you return at certain retailers! Just adding in case anyone is on the fence about trying :)”

Boxy fit, which I like for a jacket like this. The medium is a bit oversized on me, but I am fine with it. It's warm and cozy without being too bulky. Has pockets too.”
“I was very Happy with both of my purchases. The reviews on each are bang on. I read that the jackets fit larger and they do. I usually order large or medium on most outer ware, so I ordered a medium which fits good and has room to spare if I want to wear a sweater under it. Love the poncho shirt, material is thin but I knew that going in. I bought the black so the thinness of the material is not as noticeable. Over all I love ?? both items.”
