“I received shipping confirmation and the jacket never hit the Fedex system. Was told I had to wait 15 days to get a replacement sent, waited it out and it never came. On the 15th day I asked for a replacement and they didn’t have any in stock so received a refund. Kind of feel like the first was never in stock as a package never hitting shipping is rare. Usually it’s lost once it hits the system. Seems odd. Beware.”
