“I cannot in good conscience leave a positive review and feel obliged to warn buyers. This product arrived with a hole in the seam in the front of the left shoulder. This alone is not a problem. The problem is there is no option for exchange. I am forced to make a new order which means I have now paid $10 shipping twice and they take a $5 processing fee off for a return. So for me to make right that I was sent a damaged item means I am out an additional $15 plus the time and inconvenience of having to drive to a drop off location or pay an additional $7.95 to mail it myself. I cannot recommend this company to anyone as I feel they do not have adequate processes in place to make things right for their customers. Customers should bot shoulder the financial burden of returns for defective items.”
“Love the fit on this as it runs true to size. Loose but drapey. The gray is a good color, but did not really like the material as it is almost like a fleece. That being said I'm still going to order a black one as well!”
