“Do not like these products. The hand soap has a slick/slimy feel. The dish soap is watery/thin. Both soaps congeal around the tip of the dispenser so that when I press for soap, it shoots out sideways and makes a mess.”

We're so sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the products. The ingredients in our dish soap were carefully selected to only include those with a purpose. The formula doesn't include any toxic fillers or additives as typically they don't provide any real cleaning value. As a result, the soap may be thinner than the toxic alternatives, but we're confident it's cleaning power is not impacted. If your soap is congealing at the tip of the pump, we recommend cleaning the pump with hot water between refills. “I purchased refills for the soap from Facebook ad. On ad a milk carton was used to display product. When I received was in little plastic pouches. The products are all great but if your looking for zero waste not sure if this fits the bill. I did notice the company will take bags back to recycle but are they recyclable? And its not a perfect process. Tha KS.”

We are sorry you thought our product came in a carton. We have never advertised such and our products our on FB and our website. A couple reasons we don't user cartons --
Many mixed plastic and paper cartons do not get recycled, contributing to 78 million tons of packaging waste in U.S. landfills as of 2015.
Despite the fact that 92 percent of consumers surveyed by the Carton Council of North America said they expect their food packaging to be recycled, many municipal recycling programs do not accept plastic/paper hybrid cartons. In addition, cartons take up a lot of space in transport which means more trucks to move product, larger packaging and more carbon. You can fit 20x more pouches in a truck then a carton. We also need our trees and we are thinking long term for deforestation on top of carbon.
Our pouches can be recycled curbside. As with any recycling, please check with your service provider for their #7 criteria. If you need recycling help from ThreeMain, we take back your refills at no cost and work with Teracycle to zero waste them and repurpose the material. The pouch is made with 80% less plastic, water and oil then a bottle.
