“The liquid hand soap is fine. However, customer service is lacking. I have a problem with my multipurpose spray bottle and submitted a message to customer service twice. Both times I received a confirmation message saying they would contact me within 48 hours but after mote than 2 weeks I have yet to receive a reply.”
