“This soap comes in a cute aluminum refillable container (although the refill had more soap in it then the bottle could hold so now I'm left with about an ounce of extra soap). This has a nice smell, a rich lather and left my hands feeling clean and soft without being dry. I appreciate the simple ingredients.”

“I love the fact that ThreeMain's hand soap is non-toxic, biodegradable, and pet-friendly, and I was really excited to try their hand soap, especially during a global pandemic when my family members are washing our hands constantly. We try to recycle everything, and we already buy pouch refills and reuse our soap dispensers, so this wasn't necessarily anything new, but I was excited to have a cuter dispenser. I was a bit disappointed to find that even though the dispenser is 12 oz and the pouch is 12 oz, we needed to save the pouch for the tiniest bit of soap that wouldn't fit (and still managed to waste some and make a mess when the dispenser overflowed). It would be amazing if the refill was 18 or 24 oz instead, but it is what it is. My pump dispenser was defective, and even though every member of my household attempted to twist the top/handle, it would not budge, and none of my current dispensers' pumps were the matching size, so the dispenser ended up being useless for us, and we had to pour the soap from the dispenser into our hands. This was I'm sure a one-off issue, but it did impact our experience and ability to use the product. Once I did manage to use the soap, I found the scent a little overwhelming during the washing process, even though I am a huuuuge fan of lavender, but when smelling my hands after drying them, the scent didn't bother me at all. My hands felt softer than they have in months of hand washing (despite the hand lotion I've been using), so that was a definite plus. I'm very curious to experience other scent options, and I'd love a working pump.”
