“ordered the wrong cover for my excavator. however the quality of the product looked really good and was sad to find out there was no cover for my seat. Return process was easy and pain free.”

“I was told everything would fit after I supplied all measurements however the headrest was way too small and unusable. I double checked that all would fit with Corrie and was assured that they were the right size. I asked to have a larger headrest cover sent or compensation for the piece that didn't fit but after a runaround ,I as told no. I could return the whole set but after spending much effort to get the covers on I was not about to take them off and start the whole process over again. I am not very happy with the customer service.”
