“The product is a great product and very durable. I had to request a replacement because I received a partially incorrect order for the front seat. I did however test the product before sending it back and was very happy with it. The replacement product came with a plasticized backing that makes my back sweat and itch terribly. I am currently working with customer service to correct this issue.”

“First off let me say I started by ordering seat covers from another manufacturer through a truck parts supplier. Thought for over $300 dollars they can't be junk right? WRONG!! What a joke and to top it off they wouldn't take them back. Long story but after threatening legal action it happened. Read reviews on Tiger Tough covers and called the company to confirm that they would fit my 2023 Chevy 3500 crew cab I ordered for both front and rear seats. For you really smart DIY people who never need to follow instructions take the few minutes to watch the online video and read the directions and everything will go smoothly. Very impressed with the fit of the covers and the material feels bullet proof or at least screwdriver proof (you know, the one you forgot in your back pocket)! Any way I definitely recommend these covers and how refreshing it is to talk to a company that actually cares about the customer and takes pride in what they make. Keep it up Tiger Tough!”
