“Ordered these tiles about a month in advance of delivery date , delivery window 8-6 on the Friday , didn’t arrive Phoned on Saturday as had tiler waiting to start work , only to be told wouldn’t be with me till Tuesday
Not impressed at all
That aside when they did arrive they looked fab and not one tile broken and compared to local tile stores near to me they were 1/2 the price”

I would HIGHLY recommended getting a FULL size tile sample, if you are interested in the 'Lounge Light Grey' tiles, as it has more of a pattern to it then you can see on the free sample.
Also check what type of floor you have before ordering these large tiles, as you might end up having to repair/fit new boards if not concrete, for a suitable base for them; and/or purchase a decoupling mat to help prevent cracks caused by any movement in the floor.
Overall nice tiles, all arrived intact. Just not as accurate to shade as represented by picture”
“These were our 2nd choice as Doblo was out of stock and ordered without seeing the full tile. So pleased we had these instead, they look fantastic in a large space, can't be happier with them and having 68 sq m the price was really good too. Have to say, badly stacked on 2 pallets on delivery, and took 2 of us to support them whilst unloading. One box broken but replaced next day.”
“Tiles look amazing throughout kitchen and hallway. Look glamorous and still manageable to keep clean with two kids!! Two tiles broken and 4 chipped on delivery however all replaced the next day. Excellent service.”
