“After some confusion with my original request for samples (Skyros Delft Blue and Grey - they had been delivered but builder couldn't find them on site!), I contacted Tile Mountain and they were happy to resend them and the additional sample of the Lounge Black Matt Porcelain. I had these delivered to an alternative location which Tile Mountain were happy to do. They arrived within the next working day, all packaged well to avoid breakage and I received a full floor tile when I was only expecting a cut sample. Needless to say, I was very happy with all the samples and an order has already been placed for the bathroom tiles with an order to be placed this week for the floor tiles. Great product and service at a reasonable price and I can't wait to see the final results!”
