“The tiles were actually great. Can't complain. Delivery, however, was a disgrace. The first attempt arrived a day late and saw the pallet launched iin the middle of the street from what I can only assume was a great height, breaking many of the tiles. I contacted the company and arranged for replacements to be sent. Again, these arrived a day late with little to no communication from Tile Mountain. If you plan on making a mosaic then feel free to shop here. You'll be quite impressed with the unique shards of tile that you my receive. If, like me, you plan on using full tiles, I'd probably recommend trying somewhere else.”
“Very impressed with service from Tile Mountain. However, although these tiles look great on the walls and floors, the tiler had a bit of a nightmare laying them as each tile in every box had a bow in it. Not sure if this is to make them look a bit more rustic or not but there are some bits of tile that protrude slightly due to the bend in them.”
