“These tiles had been discontinued and through my own fault, I needed more to finish a room. Staff went above and beyond to search for odd ones for me and they arrived the next morning! They were so nice, really helped and saved me a massive amount if money for tilers costs.
Thanks to all of you. I will recommend and return when I need tiles.”
“I wish I could write a more positive review of our experience with Tile Mountain, but I'm afraid it was pretty disastrous from the outset. I ordered just 7m2 of floor tiles and paid an additional £25-30 for a speedy delivery. Having selected my chosen day and called to confirm delivery in the morning, I waited around until 6pm for nothing. Whilst the sales team were apologetic, I was ensured it would be delivered the following day. The following day came and went in the same fashion as the day before, no delivery. Again, the sales team were courteous and apologised profusely for the delay. They also informed me that they could not locate the delivery at all and so it was I who recommended they send out a new order. This order did arrive the following day but the damage had already been done, we were massively delayed on a job thanks to this frustrating process. I would love to give Tile Mountain a second chance but I highly doubt anything would improve and have since read that a large proportion of their customers experience similar difficulties. There are plenty of other suppliers out there to choose from and I can guarantee you that a better customer experience would be had with their competitors.”
We apologise for the delay in the order arriving. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an express delivery service and the delivery cost charged on the order was the standard delivery cost. We understand the delivery was not made on the day specified, we employ a third-party courier to make all of our deliveries and expect them to make us aware of any delays with the delivery. We apologise on this occasion the goods were lost prior to arriving with you. If you would like to discuss this further with a member of the team please contact us.
“The tiles are slightly different sizes so makes it hard to lay alternating black white as the don’t match up precisely.
Only 2-3mm but obviously makes a difference”
As the tiles are produced at different times the calibres may differ. We would recommend accomodating this difference by adjusting the grout joint width. If you would like to discuss this further with our customer service team please contact us.
