Very helpful pre sales and follow up calls. I didn’t order a sample, but the pre sales call gave me all the information I needed and directed me to the photos on the site, which are very accurate. The tiles were delivered promptly. There were a very small number of replacements required due to breakage. A simple post sales phone call helped me get the order sorted out and delivered within 5 days of the first order arriving.
The quality of the tiles are excellent, especially for the price. They look fabulous down on my new kitchen diner floor and on the kitchen walls. I would absolutely recommend this company and the product. I would definitely buy from them again.”
