“I measured the space incorrectly which meant I needed a few more tiles as quick as possible (the builder had to wait for them before he could do the rest of the bathroom) and the people at Tile mountain were very accomodating. I had my emergency tiles within 4 days. The staff made sure I had tiles from the same batch so they would match. They also offered me a discount because of a mix up with where to find the batch numbers which I thought was very kind.”
“I am very unimpressed with Tile Mountain. I bought too many tiles for my kitchen and bathroom. I tried returning them for a refund. I was told that the company policy is not to offer a refund or exchange. I wasn't told this prior to purchase. Shocking.”

“I've used these tiles in 3 bathrooms now. The first is brilliant. The other 2, which have been more recently done do not look as good. The later batches of these large profile tiles are not perfectly flat and have been a headache for the tiler. While they are small variations, for a large profile tile, this has larger impacts.”
We apologise that the tiles did not have the finish expected. If the tiles are purchased from a separate batch it may be that they may vary in shade and size. The tiles can be subject to curvature in line with tiling standards however we would not expect this to affect the installation. “These tiles are a brilliant addition to any bathroom. The larger size enhances the look of the room as there are far fewer grout lines to catch the eye (and the mold).
Maintenance with a quick swipe with the squeegee at the end of a shower is all I've had to do.

We apologise if the free cut sample you ordered did not have a finished edge. As we aim to make full use of all of the tiles when cutting our samples, there will be some that do not have a finished edge. We do also offer the option of a full-sized sample to guarantee you get to see the tile in its entirety if this is required to help make a decision.
