“We were orginally only going to do half of our downstairs in tile but when we received the sample were so impressed we ended up doing the whole downstairs with this. It is gorgeous and even though we have not finished work on the house everyone has remarked about the floor and how wonderful it looks. This tile is tough and does not mark or stain. You would have to do something pretty horrendous to damage them. Granted it is early days but my two children wasted not time putting it through its paces. We used the Mapei Jasmine (cream) grout with a 2mm gap, on top of a new water UFH system and I would not have anything else. It is worth paying a professional tiler to put these down so you get the best result possible. Their size and thickness means these things are not light. Tile mountain's customer service was excellent throughout, we received two packs shattered but a quick call and we had replacements the next day. 5 stars without hesitation.”
“I was looking for tiles for quite some time and had a number of samples from tile mountain all of which arrived very promptly.
I eventually selected the Doblo cream 60 x 60. Order was placed one day and arrived without incident the following. There was one broken tile in the order, which was replaced very quickly.
My tiler did find that the tiles broke quite easily, he's a good tiler used him many times, so definitely worth taking your time or calling the professionals in, and allowing for wastage, we still had enough tiles and have a couple spare.
The finished look is fabulous, I am so pleased with the tiles, wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Can't fault Tile Mountain, very professional friendly staff, excellent service, highly recommended to all.
