“I bought 156 tiles, 81 tiles were broken when they were delivered. The others easy to broken as well. One of their customer service asked to take a photos 3 times and wasted more than 2 hours. Their replacement were delivered, couple of items were broken. Their services are very poor”

“One box arrived with split tiles. T&Cs state have to be reported inside 48hrs but tiler didnt open the pallet till after that. Make sure you open and inspect everything straight away with this firm or you will potentially lose out”

“Paid for full sized sample of this item. Arrived well packaged but broken. Raised this, replacement sent. Also arrived more damaged than first sample again well packaged.
Refund requested, I actually don't care it's only 56p for a sample it's the principal.
Would not recommend this tile. Flimsy, poor quality item with poor finish.”

“I'm so impressed with these tiles - they have a slight slip resistance and look very modern and high spec. Fantastic value for money and arrived in perfect condition. Previously purchased a darker version of these tiles for bathroom in the last house but decided the light grey colour would mask limescale better (which it does). We have underfloor heating and the tiles work excellently with it. Can't recommend more highly.”
“Will never buy from this company again. Every tile is a different size meaning the tiles will not line up! I was disappointed from the service start to finish. When the tiles was delivered the delivery company smashed all my grate as he said it was easier to try and go around it. He then said you live on a building site anyway so it will get fixed. I had to buy a new grate out of my own money. When trying to sort this problem with time mountain I got ignored. I had slabs arrive broken and this took weeks to sort with tile mountain. Very disappointed”

In reference to the damaged tiles, we ask that the full order is checked within 48 hours and images provided of the damage, we can then replace them in 2-3 working days.
