“Not only did the tiles arrive 48 hours later than promised, 30% were also smashed. Took 10 days to get replacements (after being made to feel like a criminal) which set back our renovation by 4 weeks. Won’t use again.”
Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you experienced delays and damaged tiles on your order. To issue a replacement order we have to provide evidence of the amount damaged and a batch to ensure the shading is the same on your replacement order, once all these details had been provided, I can see a replacement order was processed on the next available delivery date and this has now been resolved.
