I ordered a sample which I didn’t receive,I have received over 7 emails asking for review and even though I have emailed saying I didn’t received it nothing has been done. I really wanted to order this tile but with no sample or even being a able to get another one there isn’t much I can say.

We apologise that the goods have not arrived with you. Due to the ongoing strike actions within the postal industry, we have experienced delays with some of our freight. When placing a sample order, we provide a follow-up phone call and email to ensure the samples were as expected and to provide any further assistance if needed; these should, however, only relate to the sample order itself. After lots of back & forth emails I’m still waiting for my sample to arrive, it’s been over 3 weeks now so I’ve given up now

About 20% of the tiles were broken upon arrival. Customer service terrible.

We apologise that you received damage to the order. We package goods to minimise damages however are happy to replace the tiles in the instance damage does occur. If you would like to discuss this with our customer service team please do not hesitate to contact us.

Second time ordering these tiles. Different batch, but identical on the face to the first order. Beautiful that I’d recommend to anyone after a nice clean modern look that has a little grip.

Asked for a sample and it was delivered in an envelope, with no protection and the tiles arrived completely smashed!

We do try to pack our samples as best as we can so that they arrive to you in a good condition. We are sorry that your tile arrived broken and we would be more than happy to replace any damages.

I am Giving one star because these tiles were sold to me for outdoors and they are slippery. I tried to return them And they wouldn’t as I had used part of the order. I wasn’t aware of this. The tiles themselves are great though. The customer support lady was awful when I called and tried to get some solution. V poor customer service. Shame.
