“I am not sure how to describe the service. You can order as many samples as you like. These come completely free of charge and are delivered speedily. However, when my 598cm X 598cm slabs were delivered to the curbside, I was horrified. I had to lug them to a safe place, and couldn't move my arm properly for two days. The quality of the tiles is great. Not so sure about the service you get from Tile Mountain.”
“Have just had these laid and they look great with pale grey grout. Don't know how easy they are to keep clean yet as kitchen is still being fitted.
Delivery was very quick and efficient and the delivery driver put them in the garage for us, which was unexpected, but much appreciated. They weigh a 8kg per tile (for the 600 x 600) and come in packs of 5 and so are a pain to move.”
“So pleased with these tiles in the utility room we ordered some more for the conservatory. Shame you don't deliver up the driveway to the door. The pallet system on the road is not ideal for older people. An option to pay extra for this service would be preferable.”
