“No problem in dealing with Tile Mountain, the transaction process was very slick, through from arranging samples to ordering the tiles. Everything arrived on time, and the delivery man was courteous and helpful. The only disappointment, was that the tiles where not the 600 Sq I was expecting. They where in fact just under 597 Sq. This was only a problem for me, in that I was aligning the tiles with 600 Sq flagstones laid outside, so as to create a seamless transition from inside to outside. Have had to live with situation, as the issue only came to light when the tiler was about to start. I did report the tile size to Tile Mountain, but was told that the industry tolerance for a tile of that size was +/- 4 mm.”
