“What a disgrace, a bit of empathy wouldn't go a miss Tile Mountain. I ordered tiles from you three times, first two deliveries the driver responsibly left them in the rear of the garden, due to an elderly lady being unable to move them from the curbside. However, even after requesting the third time they were left on the curb for them to be stolen. There was absolutely not much more effort required to leave the tiles as asked.”

We are always happy to pass on any comments to our courier, however, we do advise that delivery beyond kerbside is unlikely and is completely at the discretion of the courier so cannot be guaranteed. “We have not yet used the tiles bearing in mind they only arrive a couple of weeks ago, however, we will not be ordering from tile mountain again. The small print about deliveries was obviously too small and it was not obvious that the tiles would be delivered and left on the pavement in the middle of a city road for someone to steal. Instead, I had to struggle to lift 15 odd boxes individually (I'm a small female) which were not light, and lug them to the garage. I wasn't amused and injured my back. First time ordering and last time. Don't order from Tile Mountain unless you want pavement delivery or to break your back.”

The level of service our couriers offers is kerbside only; they are not insured to enter any properties and therefore will leave it at a safe point at the kerbside. We provide all information regarding deliveries on our delivery page. We would suggest seeking assistance on the day of delivery if needed.

“Ordered tiles was told i would get a call one hour before delivery which I didn't get, driver said he would wait until I got to the house as I was away, I rushed to get home so the tiles were not left there, when I spoke to the manager kush he said he could not do anything as the driver was informed to contact customer an before whereas the driver said that he got no such instruction, it all was abit disorganised and a stressful experience”
“I gavdng opened the tiles yet but the driver had to use a hand pump to lift pull and manoeuvre four ton pallets
