We employ a third-party courier to make our deliveries and expect them to deliver on time, if a delay does occur we always aim to provide as much information regarding this. “The tiles look great but the variation in sizes was too much, our tiler had a very difficult time trying to adjust and match. Some have variations of up to 5mm and when doing a 35m2 bathroom after a while you just can't keep taking them off. Lovely tile but the variation in sizes needs sorting. I didn't have the time because of the project to refund and buy something else. this was seen as acceptance, however, it was purely down the time limitation. spoke to customer service, who refunded £50 but nearly not enough as it cost us an additional £200 from the tiler because of the variations.”
We apologise for any variations which have prolonged the project. Each tile is subject to specific tolerances in line with tiling regulations.
