We do use a third-party courier and are currently noticing a slight increase in delayed delivery due to a national driver shortage, which is, unfortunately, outside of our control. However, we are still very sorry that this has inconvenienced you and for the length of time this has taken to resolve. “I am a young girl who lives by myself and the rude man left the tiles in the middle of a foot path. I couldn't move them and had to unpackage each individual slab and hand carry them so it was closer to my house. Very upset with the man, i asked him if you could drop them off by my garage so i could reverse my car to hide them but he said 'i don't get paid enough for that'.”

“Failed to deliver on time to start with then when the tiles came the order was short. Spoke on the telephone and was promised a premium deliver of the shortfall and again they never arrived on time. I had to cancel a tiler 3 times as well as a plumber to fit my white goods. The company did however give me 50% of my money back for inconvenience caused. The lessons learned from this is not to use them again as they have issues with their QA system obviously with the shortfall and a major disconnect with their delivery provider”
