“The tiles where great but there was lots of broken tiles and as we wasnt ready to tile couldn't open every pack to see just how many broken. I did make company aware but was told I had 5 days to take photos of every broken tile on the pallet which was impossible so didn't bother..the amount broken I would say amounted to about 2 packs”

I am sorry you had damaged tiles. If you do require any further tiles, we would be happy to offer free delivery.

“Driver refused to and wouldn’t use his trolley that he uses to shuffle around the truck to bring 5 packs of ceramic tiles 15m closer to the house/garden for the mrs who waited in off work as she had tonsillitis so she didn’t accept delivery. We understand this is a third party company but this deliver rule is ridiculous. I might as well had gone to the shop myself to get the tiles!!”
“These tiles are high quality, substantial and give a really stylish effect - we used them in 3 rooms and are delighted with the result, we matched then with the Doblo large square floor tiles which look slightly lighter when laid and give a bit of contrast. Worked well with medium grey grout. The delivery arrived as planned - really good experience and service.”

“Had booked a tiler to start 8pm Thursday morning and booked a delivery for Wednesday between 8 and 6pm. Delivery never came and was notified after phoning after 6pm that there were 3 lorries and mine was left until lorry 3 and the driver only had an hour driving time left so was going to sleep overnight and drive up in morning instead. Gutted as my tiler was so annoyed as he couldn't do it that morning so still waiting for him to come back. Terrible experience, doubt I'd use the delivery company ever again”
