We are sorry to see that you are unhappy with our delivery service.
We use a third-party courier and are governed by their costs. The actual cost of a palletised delivery is around £60 (dependant on the area being delivered to). We subsidise this cost as much as we can, but we cannot waive the full amount.
Alternatively, you are more than welcome to collect the tiles from our warehouse in Stoke-On-Trent if this is a suitable option for you.
