“The tiles are very nice although some were damaged due to how they were packaged with rough sides against smooth.
I had horrendous problems with the delivery. Initially this was delayed about 17 days from the date originally promised. When the first delivery arrived half a pallet was missing. This caused serious problems with my project as the tilers who were booked had to leave the site. Despite numerous phone calls it was another 5 days before the remaining pallet was delivered.
The courier arrangements in place are totally inadequate and would prevent me from using tile mountain again due to the amount of inconvenience this caused me.”
