“These tiles were put into my small but cosy upstairs bathroom. I chose to place them in a herringbone pattern with a black grout and they not only look beautiful they feel like velvet! I'm very pleased with them as a product and I'm also please with the service tile mountain gave me. Thank you.”
“Ordered on a Friday afternoon and had confirmation of delivery for the Tuesday. Rang on Saturday to amend the order to be told that the order would be delivered Wednesday because although I'd started the checkout process before 4pm, I hadn't finished it before 4pm, so despite a confirmation email saying Tuesday, the delivery would be Wednesday. Except that the delivery didn't happen Wednesday, even though I had confirmation the product was on a vehicle. On Thursday, I rang at 8am as the email I had said that was when the customer service opened, excerpt when I rang I got an answerphone message saying they weren't open til 8.30...... I rang back at 8.30 and the person I spoke to said they could see I hadn't had a delivery and would speak to the courier and get back to me. About 9.30 I got a call back saying the courier it would definitely be delivered before 12.30, and possibly in the next hour. It turned up at 1.15...... I was never actually given an explanation as to why it was never delivered on the Wednesday. So, all in all, pretty disappointing service”
