“The size of these tiles are incorrect and are not 60cm. I bought them to use in my bathroom to pair with another 60cm tile I had bought elsewhere. My tiler then noticed the tiles were in fact 59.6cm and therefore would not line up correctly with a 60cm tile. Tile mountain are refusing to refund me even though they are incorrectly advertising these tiles. There should be a disclaimer in the description that the tiles are not the size they say they are which I have seen other tile websites have done.”

The manufacturer declares the nominal size of the tile to be 600mm. This is the size that we are obligated to advertise it at by British and European tiling standards. This standard then allows the tile to vary in size from the nominal size by up to +/- 5mm from batch to batch. Therefore, we do not believe there to be a problem with the tile.
We would be happy to accept any returns within 28 days, provided that the stock is in a resellable condition. The return request, in this instance, has regrettably been declined as the tiles are no longer in their original packaging. We are unable to sell tiles unbatched, and so cannot accept the return, we are sorry.
“Ordering the product was very easy and a swift delivery. However the pallet was stack by someone completely incompetent and caused around 1/3 of the tiles to wait her be chipped or cracked. Have tried to call on several occasions but no answer.
Very poor customer service.”
“Very high quality tiles, especially with the sharp edges which rather than the older "bull nose" style, really allowed the tiler to reduce the grout lines.

Delivery was great, on time, products were well packaged and was also Free! due to over value being above a certain amount.

“Was not able to find the tiles we wanted in any of the DIY stores was pleased that we could order the samples. Ordered the ones we wanted , no fuss , delivered on time and very well packaged . Was worried the colour on the walls would make hallway too dark but the tiles lighten it up . The finished floor now looks lovely and getting lots of compliments.”
