“Got a free sample and decided to order these tiles in 598x298 format. Delivered quickly next day with only four broken on a pallet and quickly replaced. Now laid and looks amazing. Very good quality tile so our tile fitter said. I recommend tile mountain highly!”
“Really happy with the tiles, good quality. However, The down side is once you have placed the order they will not adjust or amend your order you will have to cancel the whole order and wait for the money to return in your account which according to their customer adviser can take up to five days. Why not adjust the order straight away and sort the balance”
“We ordered free samples of the doblo tiles and received these within 2 days we were very impressed with the quality of the samples and decided to purchase the doblo grey polished porcelain tiles and the doblo light grey polished porcelain tiles. We ordered the tiles last Thursday (11/10) and received them on Monday (22/10) delivery was also free between 8am-6pm. When the delivery came I was very worried as the whole palette the tiles were wrapped on had broken and the lorry driver told us it was like that when he collected it. The driver couldn’t unload the palette and he had to hand down each box from the articulated lorry ... this isn’t his fault and we really appreciate that he did this! The tiler has began work in our bathroom and his exact words are that “these tiles are a dream to work with” he says they are so easy to cut and apply to the walls and floors. We think they look great up and are very pleased with the quality and finish. I would recommend anyone to buy from tilemountain and especially buy these tiles! We are maybe going to use these tiles at our front door entrance (internal) too 😊”
