We do apologise if an incorrect sample has been received, this is not what we would expect. Once we have been notified of any issues like this then we would be more than happy to rectify this as soon as possible.
“Great experience with tile mountain, firstly utilised the free sample service when selecting the desired tiles. Then following my order good communication via email regarding delivery of the tiles. The delivery came a day later than expected but I was contacted by a member of the team. Also, during delivery 2 tiles were damaged but replacements were quickly and easily requested and delivered. Would definitely recommend!”
