“The sales staff on the phone handled the sale very well. However obtaining delivery dates and times failed to the point that it spoilt the whole experiance. We were driven to high levels of distress and financial cost keeping workers back to unload a vehicle that never arrived. Management offers of compensation for the distress caused turned out to be useless - very misleading and causes ill will. The tiles themselves are lovely - Tile Mountain not so. Hopefully their offer of compensation against any further products purchased from them make up for it should we return”
