“Great service and speedy delivery. I had one or two issues with slightly damaged tiles but this was dealt with immediately and replaced almost the next day. Would have no problems recommending them”
“Tiles arrived on the date I requested although courier didn't call prior to delivery as I was told they would. Thankfully though I was in! The tiles were as I expected them to be (although as didn't want to leave them on the pallet outside I had a bit of a job getting them in to the house!)
Tilemountain were the only place that seemed to have the tiles the exact colour/tone I wanted (I ordered Griege tiles as well as the Quartz) and first impressions are they look good quality. However, I shall wait for the person fitting them to comment!
All in all I am happy with the service and appreciate the person I spoke to as I wasn't sure if the tiles I bought would go together. She kindly took photos of the tiles together and emailed them within about an hour so I could get an idea.
Certainly no complaints about the service. Just now need to see what the finished bathroom looks like!”
