“Order placed at end of March with expected dispatch by 1st week of May but May arrived & I'd heard nothing for several weeks!. I phoned to check where my order was only to be told they were now not expecting stock until 11th JUNE??. Not their fault if let down by supply chain but leaving paid customers in the dark about delays is!!!. Notification of delays to customers expecting deliveries should be standard practice for any business, surely!.”

“The sparkle in these is stunning. A lovely deep black colour and again the tiler commented on the quality, they weigh a lot. I didn`t request a sample as I needed them quickly (delivery was super fast) but I called and quertied a couple of things, gentleman was really helpful so I didn`t need a sample”
“We found tile mountain on the internet and priced the tiles, we where shocked that they where so much cheaper than in many of our local shops and also the price was delivered to the door! We actually saved the cost of labour off tiling the floor! The tiles arrived exactly the day they said they would, will be buying all future tiles from Tile Mountain and also our tiler will be using them... a great find
