“We were delighted with the service received from Tile Mountain. The website experience was great and we ordered sample tiles which were delivered quickly and well packaged. We were thrilled with the Brix Anthracite tile and quickly placed an order which also arrived the next day and well packaged. There were a couple of slightly imperfect tiles which we sent photos of and within a couple of days replacements arrived. Overall we are delighted with the great look the tiles give to our new kitchen and Tile Mountain excelled in their great customer service. We would highly recommend to others looking for quality tiles at a great price.”

The girl at Tile Mountain cancelled and refunded the order almost instantly. Fantastic. Would definitely recommend and use again when I need tiles.”
“I ordered 50 tiles but about one third of them had chips in and were unusable. As a result I had to order another 20 to finish my tiling and pay ANOTHER £25 for delivery.
Admittedly these tiles were cheap and are good quality (when not damaged), but surely they should be checked for quality before packing etc.”
