“The tile was poor quality for a floor, varies sizes and Bowes in the tiles, however I contacted the store in edge lane spoke to jay who was able to sort out the issues collect the tiles and refund the money so athough the tile wasn’t great sorting it out was super fast and efficient I”

“Tiles were delivered some broken and a lot more chipped. They say their policy is to only issue one repeat delivery. They wanted me to open all 53 boxes just to check for damage, even though I won't be doing the job for some weeks. They are very heavy to handle, but I checked 20 boxes and found 2 broken and 6 chipped tiles. I refused to open the rest as the risk of damage checking them and having them open is very high.
They won't replace them if I find more damage, so only the legal route left open to me. Disappointing service unfortunately.”

“Bought the tiles, had issues with tiles cracking due to bad delivery drivers. The customer service was helpful in getting it resolved.
However, given the delay in getting everything sorted and having builders available, this resulted in additional expenses and meant I wasn’t in the area at the time of fitting the tiles. I’ve seen two tiles which look like this on my return…”
“70sqm of maverick tiles with suction cup marks and tile mountain blame a cleaner and pass the buck rather than dealing with it there selves for supplying marked tiles because there processes aren’t upto standard. They are unable to take any responsibility only to clean and will come out (it doesn’t come out) so they blame and try push us to deal with the cleaner company .
Absolutely shocking!!! Won’t be ending here either.”
