“DO NOT BUY !!!! Really disappointed with this tile I don't recommend it. It stanes really easily I feel we gave been let down and are several thousand pounds worse off. The kitchen is now finished but the floor will need pulling up. Disgusting quality tiles DO NOT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME OR MONEY.”
“I'm sure the tiles are great however the customer service is the worst I have encountered. I ordered 716 tiles which arrived on a badly stacked single broken pallet (on reflection I should have refused delivery but I was too excited at receiving them) I informed them immediately of extensive damage and that when my tiler came to lay them we would unpack them and assess the damages, they insisted that I had 7 days to inform them of damages and provide photographic proof, I did not want to unpack them as they are then are far more risk of further damage until they are laid. So I opened all of the damaged boxes and sent them photos of the broken ones and counted up how many were missing. They then said that was not good enough and I must open all of the undamaged boxes as well, I said I would take a risk on them, and after that argument had finished they then said I was over my 7 days and they would not replace any, after many threats they eventually agreed to replace them but I would have to pay carriage. After more arguments they eventually replaced the tiles, I haven't checked them I have lost the will and enthusiasm for this project.
I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN”

“I recently purchased your ‘White Wall Sparkle Split Face Mosaic Tiles. We have been away for the week whilst our builders installed these. We purchased these only after ordering a sample tile to confirm that we were happy with the style and colour. During the week, I received a very concerning call from my builder, informing me that they were not quite white. We knew that they were of course not ‘brilliant white’ as it is a natural stone, but we have come home to an utter disappointment. I have attached a photo for reference with me holding our sample up in front of the freshly tiled wall. I am expecting a refund for this as we are now having to take these down for them to be replaced with something white!”

As the tiles are a natural product they can vary in shades between orders. We understand there are times when a customer may change their mind regarding the product, in this instance we are happy to accept a return prior to installation.

“Regarding the delivery issue that I had which made me take three days off work not good communication with the delivery company and yourself, me being told it was on its way, me wishing to complain I was told to refer back to you and complain, so very confusing delivery company staff on call are rude, I appreciate you returning the delivery cost but I lost out on income for three days which technically I should be compensated.

For my concern to be dealt with I rate 1*
I do understand that sometimes due to lack of communication problems do arise, but I don't believe any customer should lose out on income for your internal issues.
I would strongly recommend reviewing your contract with the logistics company, and making it easy for customers for the delivery driver to just make a call on departure from the warehouse or customer order, I would make the most difference, its a simple suggestion there are so many ways this can be done even automatically via text as driver clears job for next job.
my first experience was not great but I do need to order kitchen bathroom wall tiles, also if you did the split-faced wall tile panels for the feature wall, I am currently looking elsewhere only due to my experience, otherwise usual I am always a repeat customer.
