“One half of the delivery was a different size tile - took 3 days to resolve which is very expensive with builders on a day rate who can’t do anything”
We are sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused. We do advise ordering for delivery before your works are due to start to prevent any delays. “A lot of tiles were cracked on delivery. We were short on tiles too, even though I over ordered (wish I counted before starting), then had to pay another £25 for delivery for 8 tiles, which took a week! 🤦🏻♀”

“I’d give 0 stars if I could. Delivery date means NOTHING. Was promised several delivery slots and had many a wasted day waiting for something that never showed, leading to delays & cancelled tilers, plumbers and removal teams.
Tile Mountain have no control over Pall-Ex whom they use as their courier.
When tiles did arrive, they were a different size to what was on packaging, plus half way thru tiling, we realised that the individual tiles were all different sizes ranging between 600-603mm!!
We had no choice due to previous delays than to continue with what we had, cutting as required, taking 3 times longer to tile than would have been if they’d been same size!
Despite all evidence being sent, Tile Mountain refuse to compensate fully for the inconvenience and stress it’s caused.
Nightmare company. Staff are polite but that’s about it.”

In regards to the issues with the tiles we do not wish to leave anybody feeling upset by our service and will always attempt to provide a suitable solution. “Tiles good quality & price fair. But very poor service. Tiles delivered broken so emailed customer services informing them how many were broken and that I needed as I had a tiler working at the house. Stupid ‘computer says no’ type response with a form to fill out & pictures to upload (even though I’d attached pics to original email!!!) despite me stating it was urgent & politely asking for replacements to be sent ASAP. After filling out the form, was over a week before they finally arrived, the tiler had to come back finish the job at additional expense to myself. Getting an additional ~£25 worth of replacement tiles send out ASAP without quibble after a ~£300 order would have gone a long way toward leaving me feeling more positive about using tile mountain in future.”

“These Sandalo grey natural wood effect tiles are amazing, they have transformed my bathroom. The look and quality of each tile was fantastic, they were very reasonable in price and delivery was spot on. Delivery driver was friendly and they were delivered within a matter of days, following me using the online booking slots which made the whole experience even more convenient in terms of being available in terms of accepting delivery. Inline calculator was very useful and allowed me to order the exact number of tiles I needed plus 5% overage. Highly recommend this company and these tiles to anyone.”
