“My delivery was due on Monday then didn’t turn up - I had a message saying they would be with me the following day between 8 and 12 and yet I was still waiting until 3pm! - after having to take another day off work, we complained and they said they would refund the delivery charge!! That surely should be standard anyways?!
The tiles were 2 different sizes, there was 2mm difference between them.
I wouldn’t use tiles mountain again and I would not recommend them.”
