“Ordered after seeing in store. Arrived with one full pack printed badly so had to arrange for another set to be delivered.
Also due to the 'random selection's I ended up with a heavily brown pile, and in 4 boxes I didn't manage to have 1 of each tile but a lot of repetition. Tile Mountain first suggested I pay another £50 in the hope I would receive a better selection then said there was nothing they could do about it as it was their suppliers. Perhaps a better supplier is needed.
The colours are also rather muted compared to the display in store.
All rather disappointing, I wouldn't recommend, especially as I had the same experience with another, different, set of tiles from them.”

“Hot to be careful with them. Finish is nice but ruined my project as when the tiler came to fit them theyre curved and look terrible now. Wouldnt buy it again.”
“These look amazing, unfortunately we layed half the room, struggling as the tiles had a really bad bow to them and we thought it was a warped effect like an old timber, it wasnt until we layed about 10sqm that the bottom half of the pallet were totally flat to finish the other 30sqm. customer care didnt seem bothered to compensate or even apologies”
“Love these tiles , the photos don’t really do it justice to be honest. Third time I’ve used tile mountain and always find the advisors really helpful. We used the medium grey grout and looks great, not too dark. We used them in the bathroom on walls and floor and they look great!”
