2 grids broken outside of property.
Little help from customer services when i explained my situation.
Im £200 + out of pocket.

“Added the 12% extra option to be safe , tiles packed 4 to a box so when 5 lose tiles came was unusual but never thought anything else , paid good money for a tiler so good job , when the lads started to fit the tiles they notices 1 smaller that the others. They realised that the extra 5 where all smaller ? So need the rig by tiles , I’ve contacted support let’s see what they say but now having to pay more for the lads to come back .some of the tiles edges are warped too .

We apologise you have had issues with the tiles you have received, We would expect all the tiles to be the same size on arrival. I can see the support team is now looking into this further and will contact you to resolve this.
“My tiles are yet to arrive, nearly a week after anticipated delivery date, and no update on why. This has delayed my kitchen installation which was booked for the Bank Hol. Your customer services staff are lovely, but that doesn’t help the total disconnect between order and delivery.....”
“I’d give 0 stars if I could. Delivery date means NOTHING. Was promised several delivery slots and had many a wasted day waiting for something that never showed, leading to delays & cancelled tilers, plumbers and removal teams.
Tile Mountain have no control over Pall-Ex whom they use as their courier.
When tiles did arrive, they were a different size to what was on packaging, plus half way thru tiling, we realised that the individual tiles were all different sizes ranging between 600-603mm!!
We had no choice due to previous delays than to continue with what we had, cutting as required, taking 3 times longer to tile than would have been if they’d been same size!
Despite all evidence being sent, Tile Mountain refuse to compensate fully for the inconvenience and stress it’s caused.
Nightmare company. Staff are polite but that’s about it.”
