“Ordered another batch of tiles which did not match the original at all. We have to pay to get them back but decided to use them elsewhere.
Whilst tile mountain service is great and we are pleased with the products, aftersales and returns is an issue. Please minimise batch effect.”

“They look lovely over 165sqm, our tiler had a little concern that they were slightly bowed but said within a tolerance level. Now laid they look fine... Not perfectly flat but we prefer the look. Colour is consistent through a fAirly large order. Delivered up our drive and pleased to say virtually no damaged tiles.”
