“I was very pleased with the service I received from you and how fast my sample tiles arrived. However, the tiles didn't seem as 'sparkly' as I expected and in comparison to ones I have seen in local shops. Although, I am aware this could be down to the fact it is only a small sample tile. I am worried to place my big order in case the tiles are different to ones I have already seen and look less glittery on my walls.”
