We apologise you are unhappy with the tiles you have received. On occasions where time has lapsed between orders, there can be batch differences. Each batch may vary meaning differences in shade and calibre. If you wish to discuss this further with the customer service team please contact us.
“I have made all my tile purchases of tiles for a recent complete refurbishment (water damage of a Kensington basement flat) through the Loss Assessor’s contractor and am delighted with the outcome. The recent purchase was of a sungle large tile to cover an outside table and am delighted with the view it presents on the small patio.

“I am SO disappointed with these tiles. I originally ordered a sample of three tiles and chose the Extreme White Polished Porcelain Floor Tile (the most expensive of the three options) because I really liked the highly polished finish but when I came to lay them I found that there were three different shades of white. I’ve had to piece them together like a jigsaw puzzle to have the main area that is on show match (a bit). I was looking forward to seeing the finished floor because of the pictures and reviews I read on your site and I had no doubt that I would have the same results. I was so disappointed I wanted to cry. I didn’t have time to change them because of circumstances beyond my control. Regardless of that, different shades were sent to me anyway. The quality of the tile is on the whole good. One tile was broken and another had a scratch defect but I was able to work around that. I’ve delayed writing this review because I didn’t want to speak in anger. The picker of my order did a poor job that has left my kitchen floor looking awful and me very disappointed. By the way, they were all ordered at the same time.”
