“These tiles look amazing BUT do be careful 4 different sizes in one single pack definitely would not buy again and delivery finally arrived 3 days late staff are very nice but the company lets them down”

“Tiles are supposed to be Porcelain but tiler has informed us that just the top layer is porcelain. The tile sizes vary so don’t match up properly. Tile Mountain have told us that these are pure porcelain, to send them the barcode and return the tiles, this is impossible as the tiles have been tiled. I would have hoped that when supplying the tiles they would supply the same tiles amd the description should be clear. Not happy with tiles or the finish.”

We would have been able to rectify this issue prior to installation but, unfortunately, once the tiles have been installed our options are more limited. “My delivery was due on Monday then didn’t turn up - I had a message saying they would be with me the following day between 8 and 12 and yet I was still waiting until 3pm! - after having to take another day off work, we complained and they said they would refund the delivery charge!! That surely should be standard anyways?!
The tiles were 2 different sizes, there was 2mm difference between them.
I wouldn’t use tiles mountain again and I would not recommend them.”
“Not really suitable for outdoor use as would be really slippery when wet or ice... unable to return product as it would cost me more than half of what I paid for them to be returned”
We are sorry that these tiles are not suitable for your project. This tile does have an anti-slip rating of R11, so it should be perfect for use outdoors. However, if you do wish to discuss this any further, please contact our customer service team.
“Lovely tiles. Very happy with them. Stored in garage until new year when they will be used. Unfortunately we are expected to inspect all tiles for damage etc and this is not possible due to quantity. So far so good but watch this space !!”
“Beautiful tiles but we had 33 out of 300 broken ones and when I called they were not helpful in resolving this as I called 7 days after delivery and should have let them know within 2 days. I was left feeling it was my fault and their defensive attitude made me feel that it is a company I would not use again or recommend. Such a shame as the tiles are lovely and I just hope I have enough to complete my kitchen.”
