That was all free. I really liked the slate effect tiles and ordered the amount needed for my kitchen. I got several emails describing the delivery, advising me of the weight of the pallet, and even sending a photo of it. I was kept up to date about the time it would arrive, so that someone could be home to sign for it. It arrived on time, exactly as described. These tiles are very good value for money. They look and feel like real slate, and they look great in my kitchen with walnut worktops. It does not take a lot of effort to work as a team and do the job right and create happy customers. Tile Mountain are doing it right.”
