“The website image was an accurate depiction of the actual tile. The tile sample looks like a replica brick and isn't authentic enough for our project. Possibly, used in quantity, they may look more realistic.”
We would always recommend customers order a free cut-size sample to ensure the product is suitable for their project. We are glad that this service was useful for you on this occasion.
“Used these in my living room as restoring an old fireplace. I wanted to cover the lintel which is ugly to make it look like the original bricks. These tiles have transformed it. I am still in process of the tiling down the front sides as unfortunately, it was bricked up and some of the original bricks were damaged. However, these tiles do the job perfectly.
They arrived quickly and well packed.
Thank you Tile Mountain for solving my problem.”
“Lovely tiles, look exactly like brick. Easy to cut. Grouting was a bit tricky as the roughness of the tile made it difficult to clean excess grout from the tile face. Would definitely buy again. Delivery was quick, but a little expensive.”
“Tiles are a bit darker than samples but understandable due to firing but love the colour and effect. Very quick delivery. Reason it’s not a 5 is one of the tiles had been used with remnants of grout.”
“I was desperate to use brick slips but didn’t have the money, nor did I want the thickness. I was over the moon to find these, and have completed two projects. I initially tiled my kitchen in white metro tiles, but it just wasn’t ‘doing it’ for me. I decided to rip them off and tiles the complete wall in these Muralla tiles- what a transformation. I also used them in my fireplace with a fire resistant grout and they’ve been perfect. I’m pleased with both the light and dark grout- they do look really realistic.
I must also mention that on opening my package, I found 5 broken tiles. I phoned Tiles Mountain who had a very simple process in place. I completed an online form and received replacement tiles in just a day or two - really was a top class service, thanks guys! Couldn’t recommend Tile Mountain highly enough.”
