“These tiles look really great! However when they arrived all packaged up it was impossible to know the bottom 6 of the pallet were completely smashed. When our floorers came to complete the job it was a bit of a disaster however new tiles were sent out 2 days later to replace them but I have had to pay extra to get the job completed and for the builders time”
