Only reason I didnt give a 5 star is they are impossible the drill through even with a diamond tipped drill bit or a bit thats made for tiles... we had to use no nails which isnt ideal.”

I then ordered the tiles I needed online - a simple and straight forwards ordering system. I was able to specify a set delivery date. The tiles were delivered as promised, well wrapped, one pack were broken (but I am a realist and accept these things happen). Customer service were brilliant - having spoken with them on 2 occasions.
