“The tiles themselves are just what we were looking for. It's a shame you use such a crappy courier, no communication from them, refused to tell me where my delivery was or when it might arrive! They kept telling me to contact tile mountain even though they had the tiles , arrived a day late because of a apparent break down so I ended up waiting in from 8am to 6pm for nothing, totally wasted 10 hours and a day off work. Tile mountain customer service was excellent and friendly I have no complaints about, but unfortunately I don't think I'll be shopping there again. There are good courier companies out there so I'm baffled why you would choose them. It will cost you business!!”
