“Initially the tiles didn’t arrive on the booked delivery day but after a call to a helpful customer service rep the next day this was chased up with the couriers who were prompt and helpful when they delivered that same day.
The tiles themselves were fab. Much better than I expected them to be and when I had reason to be in an actual tile store a few days later I couldn’t see anything at the lower price points that looked half as good. In fact, my neighbours are now having some to use in their kitchen.”
